Another California Brain Death Dispute - Jonah Panduro

Last week, 12-year-old Jonah Panduro was being pulled by a boat on an inner tube when the metal loop snapped and lodged in his head. 



This weekend, physicians at Fresno Regional Community Hospital declared him brain dead. They plan to remove physiological support today.  (ABC News 1; ABC News 2; Fox)



But the family objects. They say: "We have faith, we have hope that there is something that could still be done for him."  They want to fight the hospital but were unable to reach an attorney this Fourth of July holiday.
