On Friday, I presented "Future of Informed Consent" for the 38th ASLME Health Law Professors conference at St. Louis University. I posted my slides here.
Informed consent is a core notion in end-of-life healthcare decision making (advance directives, POLST, surrogates...). I will be exploring it more over the next year even outside the EOL context.
